No, it’s not one of the other Fes To Marrakech Desert Tours, this time Marrakech has amazed us with the MACAAL – Musée d’Art Contemporain Africain Al Maaden.
Marrakech has been attracting writers, artists, and designers since the early ‘20s. Both Yves Saint Laurent and Talitha Getty were inspired by Marrakech’s exotic landscapes, delicious food, and amazing scenery.
And if those amazing celebrities weren’t enough, the Rolling Stones had decided Marrakech as their yearly vacation destination.

El Glaoui, in February 2018, composed the second edition of the 1-54 Contemporary African Fair. His show hosted galleries that originate from eleven countries – totalling at 18 galleries.
El Glaoui collaborated with Marrakech’s galleries, including MACAAL and other museums.
